## How to Log In to Your Grab Account

  1. Open the **Grab app** on your mobile device, or visit the passenger web portal linked above.
  2. Enter your registered mobile phone number, including the correct country code.
  3. Wait for the 6-digit One-Time Password \(OTP\) to be sent via SMS.
  4. Enter the OTP to verify your identity and access your dashboard.

## Troubleshooting & Account Support

### Not Receiving the OTP?

Ensure your phone has network coverage and is not blocking messages from shortcodes. You can request a new code after 30 seconds.

### Changed Your Phone Number?

If you no longer have access to your old number but linked an email or social account, you may be able to recover your account via the "Account Recovery" flow in the app.

### GrabPay PIN Reset

If you forgot your GrabPay PIN, tap "Forgot PIN" on the payment screen. You will need to verify your identity using your linked email or facial recognition.

### Security & Phishing Alerts

  * **Never Share Your OTP:** Grab employees and drivers will NEVER ask for your OTP or Grab PIN. Do not share it with anyone.
  * **Fake Reward Scams:** Ignore SMS or WhatsApp messages claiming you won free rides or GrabRewards points that require you to click a link.
  * **Use the Native App:** For the highest security, conduct all transactions directly inside the official Grab mobile app rather than mobile web browsers.
