### Forgot Password or Lost Certificate?

If you lose your ELSTER certificate file \(.pfx\) or forget your password, you must request a new activation code via the official website, which will be sent to your registered address by physical mail for security reasons.

### Account Locked?

Entering the wrong password or PIN multiple times will lock your account. For BundID using eID, you may need your PUK to unblock your ID card.
