## Troubleshooting & PIN Reset

### Forgot PIN Code?

If you forget the PIN for your My Number Card, you cannot reset it online. You must visit your local municipal office \(city or ward office\) in person with your card to have it reset.

### Card Locked?

The digital certificate is locked after 3 consecutive wrong PIN entries \(5 for the signature certificate\). You must visit your local municipal office to unlock it.
